- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the store/branch manager.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to explain features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/card transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Ensure proper stock display, arrangement, and visual merchandising on the sales floor.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store manager for timely replenishment.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service requests professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store premises.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with other store staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Stay updated on ongoing promotions, discounts, and new product launches.
- Follow company policies regarding pricing, discounts, and customer service standards.
Preferred candidate profile
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Prior experience in retail sales preferred; freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Willingness to work at [Venjaramoodu / Kilimanur / Kadakkal] store location.
