n Key Responsibilities
n • Manage reservations and ensure a seamless guest booking journey
n • Handle guest queries, modifications, and feedback professionally
n • Maintain accurate room inventory across OTAs, direct channels, and B2B platforms
n • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and front office teams to maximize bookings
n • Resolve guest concerns, cancellations, and complaints efficiently
n Requirements
n • Diploma/Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management
n • Robust communication and coordination skills
n • Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
n Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
n Location: Zirakpur
n Interview Process: 3 Rounds
