n We are looking for a Project Manager to join our production team and take ownership of the successful delivery of AAA game projects.
n This role is for someone who understands game production beyond schedules and task tracking — someone who can bring structure, accountability and predictability to complex projects while keeping artists, leads and clients aligned.
n You will work closely with Art Leads, Artists, Production, QA and international clients to ensure projects move smoothly from planning through delivery.
n Key Responsibilities
n Project & Production Management
n * Own end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, quality and resources.
n * Build and maintain production plans, milestones, timelines and dependencies.
n * Track progress across multiple teams and disciplines.
n * Ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
n * Identify production bottlenecks and resolve them proactively.
n Team Coordination
n * Coordinate artists, leads and internal teams to maintain production momentum.
n * Establish clear ownership, priorities and deadlines.
n * Monitor team capacity and work with leadership on resource planning.
n * Ensure blockers and dependencies are identified and addressed quickly.




n Client Management
n * Provide clear and accurate project updates, reports and forecasts.
n * Manage expectations around timelines, scope, priorities and risks.
n * Ensure client feedback is communicated clearly to the production team and converted into actionable tasks.
n Quality & Iteration
n * Ensure assets move through the required review and feedback cycles efficiently.
n * Track feedback, revisions and approvals to avoid unnecessary production delays.
n * Work closely with Art Leads to ensure deliverables remain aligned with the required artistic and technical standards.
n * Monitor iteration turnaround time and ensure feedback is implemented accurately.
n Risk & Scope Management
n * Identify risks, dependencies and potential delays before they impact delivery.
n * Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues when required.
n * Track scope changes and their impact on timelines and resources.
n * Maintain production visibility so there are no last-minute surprises.
n Process & Reporting
n * Maintain project trackers, documentation, schedules and production reports.
n * Establish transparent production processes and communication channels.
n * Continuously improve workflows to make production more efficient and predictable.
n * Provide leadership with visibility into project health, capacity, risks and delivery forecasts.
