About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manage r with proven experience in the Executive Search industr y. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our leadership hiring portfolio across diverse industries.

This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong network, excellent consultative selling skills, and a successful track record of acquiring and managing executive search mandates.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end business development activities to acquire new executive search mandates
- Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and industry events
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets
- Build robust relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and business decision-makers
- Understand client hiring needs and position executive search solutions effectively
- Lead client meetings, presentations, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations




- Collaborate closely with the research and delivery teams to ensure successful mandate execution
- Generate repeat business by maintaining long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging hiring opportunities
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and report business performance to leadership

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Business Development within an Executive Search or Leadership Hiring firm (mandatory)
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing executive search or senior leadership hiring mandates
- Solid understanding of executive search, talent mapping, retained search, and leadership hiring
- Excellent client acquisition, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing sales pipelines, revenue targets, and key client accounts
