n Job Summary

n We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with proven expertise in generating quality B2B and B2C leads for the USA and Indian markets.
n

n The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other lead generation channels.
n

n Key Responsibilities
n

n *Generating qualified B2B & B2C leads (USA & India)
n *Managing campaigns across Meta, Google, Bing & LinkedIn Ads
n *Driving performance through Google Search, Display, YouTube & remarketing
n *Optimizing KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and scaling profitable campaigns
n *Implementing GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & conversion tracking




n *Aligning with sales teams to improve lead quality & conversions
n

n Required Skills
n * 2+ years of experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
n * Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
n * Experience generating leads for USA and Indian markets.
n * Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
n * Understanding of marketing funnels, CRM systems, landing-page optimization, and attribution.
n * Experience with keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
n * Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
n * Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
n * Willingness to work the US shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
n

n Preferred Qualifications
n * Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
n * Experience working with international clients.
n * Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, Looker Studio, and automation tools.
n * Experience with telecom, healthcare, finance, education, or IT service campaigns is an advantage.
