Job Description Digital Sales – West Region

n About the Role
n Republic Digital is looking for an experienced Digital Sales Leader with 14+ years of experience to drive the Digital Sales business across the West Region.
n The role requires a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, established relationships with agencies and advertisers, and a proven track record of driving revenue and building high-performing sales teams.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Own and drive digital sales revenue and business growth across the West Region.
n Build and strengthen relationships with key agencies, advertisers, and brands.
n Drive sales across Display, Video, CTV, YouTube, Programmatic, Branded Content, and integrated digital solutions.
n Identify new business opportunities and increase revenue from existing accounts.
n Develop innovative, customized solutions aligned with client objectives.
n Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team.
n Track market trends, competition, and digital advertising opportunities to strengthen Republic's market position.
n Collaborate with Business, Editorial,



Marketing, Product, and Broadcast teams for integrated solutions and campaign execution.
n n What We're Looking For
n n 14+ years of experience in Digital Sales / Media Sales / Advertising Sales.
n Robust experience handling the West Region, preferably Mumbai and surrounding markets.
n Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strategic client relationships.
n Strong understanding of Display, Video, CTV, YouTube, Programmatic, and digital advertising.
n Experience in news media, digital publishing, or content platforms preferred.
n Experience with News Experiences will be an added advantage.
n Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business-development skills.
