n n n Candidates should have substantial experience in academic or career counselling, preferably for UG/PG and diploma courses.

n Experience Required: 5–10 years
n Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
n n Excellent communication, counselling and presentation skills.
n Confident, professional and pleasant personality.
n Experience in handling student enquiries, admissions and parent interactions.
n Ability to manage lead follow-ups, admission records and enquiry databases.
n Strong understanding of student counselling and admission conversion.
n Ability to supervise, support and guide junior counsellors.
n Good organisational, interpersonal and team-management skills.
n n 2.Junior Counsellor
n n Number of Positions: 8
n Experience Required: 2–3 yearsCandidates should have experience in counselling, admissions, tele-calling or a related field.
n n Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
n n Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n Ability to assist students with course enquiries and the admission process.
n Experience in tele-calling, lead follow-ups and query coordination.
n Ability to maintain admission records, spreadsheets and CRM databases.
n Smart, confident and target-oriented personality.




n Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
n Willingness to work under the guidance of senior team members.
n n 3.Admission Officers / Admission Executives
n n Number of Positions: 8
n Experience Required: 2–10 yearsCandidates having experience in marketing within the education industry are preferred. Those with experience in other sectors (e.g., banking, insurance, financial services, etc.) are also encouraged to apply
n n Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
n n Visit schools across districts of West Bengal to discuss career prospects with Class 11 & 12 students
n Liaise and build long-term relationships with principals, teachers, and institutional stakeholders
n Implement and monitor marketing strategies for student acquisition, including conducting seminars, organising counselling camps, and participating in educational fairs.
n Generate and follow up on leads for admissions, achieving weekly/monthly targets in a performance-driven environment
n Interact with prospective students and parents to provide guidance on academic programs
n Counsel and convert leads into confirmed admissions
