Job Overviewn We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented male Accounts professionals to join our Accounts & Finance team. Candidates should have strong practical knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits and day-to-day financial operations.
n The role will be based at our Turbhe location and candidates should be comfortable working in a factory/industrial setup.
Key Responsibilitiesn n Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
n Maintain and manage accounts in Tally.
n Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, vouchers and reconciliations.
n Handle GST compliance, returns and related documentation.
n Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments and returns.
n Assist with internal and statutory audits and provide required documentation.
n Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
n Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
n Assist in month-end/year-end closing activities.
n Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
n Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors and internal departments as required.
n Work closely with the factory/operations team for accounting and documentation requirements.
n Required Skillsn n 3–4+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
n Strong hands-on experience with Tally.
n Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word.
n Strong knowledge of GST and TDS.
n Practical experience in handling audits.
n Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
n Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
n Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different teams.
n Candidate should be comfortable working in a factory/industrial environment.
n Preferred / Added Advantagen Experience with listed-company compliances, SEBI-related requirements, stock exchange compliances or corporate reporting will be considered a strong advantage.
