n ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
n n Work on interested leads provided by the company (no cold calling).
n Call Customers understand their insurance requirements and offer suitable solutions.
n Explain product features, benefits and pricing clarly
n Maintain customer follow-ups and ensure end-to-end closure
n Achieve daily/monthly sales and revenue targets
n Provide excellent customer experience during and after the sale
n Maintain records and update CRM regularly
n n PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
n n Minimum Qualification: Intermediate
n Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi
n Good Communication and Convincing Skills
n Basic Computer Knowledge
n Freshers and Experienced Candidates both can apply.
