About the Role Q Way Technologies is looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our Credit Balance Voice Process team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling credit balance-related activities, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of account-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to credit balance accounts.
- Review and analyze account balances and identify discrepancies.
- Communicate professionally with clients, customers, insurance representatives, or relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up on outstanding credit balance-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and update account information as required.
- Meet defined productivity,



quality, and performance targets.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical billing, AR, credit balance, or voice process.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of healthcare/medical billing processes is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
