The Associate - Supply Planning (SCM)



will be responsible for supporting supply planning activities by analyzing supply-demand requirements, managing material replenishment, monitoring inventory availability, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations. The role requires strong planning, analytical, and ERP system expertise to drive operational efficiency and business continuity.

Responsibilities

Process Specific

- Review exception messages generated by ERP systems and take appropriate action.
- Analyze supply and demand requirements to ensure material availability.
- Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream Supply Chain teams for planning and execution activities.
- Raise material requirements in the system through internal or external sourcing channels.
- Monitor overdue receipt reports and follow up on pending deliveries.
- Coordinate with Expeditors to obtain overdue Purchase Order status and expedite deliveries.
- Identify and resolve supply chain exceptions and planning issues.
- Report and escalate critical supply chain issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and publish Supply/Demand balance reports.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels and prevent stock-outs or over-ordering situations.
