Job Responsibilities

Involved in end to end recruitment lifecycle.

Detailed analysis of the JD -

To understand the client's requirement thoroughly.

Sourcing and screening of valid profiles.

Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview and ensuring following up.

Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the on-boarding.

Taking ownership of handling walk-ins. Maintaining own databaseSkills -Mandatory: Computer savvy.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Flexible regarding work timings.

Positive attitude, team player, target driven, career-oriented, and a quick learner.

- Experience in IT Recruiting would be added advantage
