I yr and above Rs 22000 take home per month and +Rs 2400 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop

Only experienced 6 months & above in customer support (Chat/Email/Voice)
2. Should have excellent written skills
3. Should be an immediate joiner
4. Should be versatile to work in night shifts
5. Should be flexible to rotational weekoffs(Not on saturdays & sundays)

Key Responsibilities
- Chat within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transaction
- Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively.
