Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and aggressive International Sales Executive with proven experience in international voice sales, cold calling, lead conversion, and B2C sales.

The ideal candidate should be a hardcore salesperson who is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, speaking with international customers, handling objections, creating urgency, and consistently closing sales.

This is a target-driven sales role and is not a customer support position.

Key Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to customers in international markets, primarily the US.
- Generate sales through effective cold calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales over the phone.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong conversion rates and maximize revenue from every lead.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with international customers.
- Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Work independently and take ownership of assigned sales targets.
- Continuously improve calling, pitching, objection-handling, and closing techniques.

Candidate Requirements
- 15 years of experience in International Voice Sales / International B2C Sales.
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Experience selling to US / UK / Canada / Australian customers will be preferred.




- Excellent spoken English with solid communication and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a US Night Shift.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Must be highly target-oriented and motivated by incentives.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Candidates with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will be strongly preferred.
