Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Strategist to onboard international restaurant advertisers onto our clients platform. The role involves pitching, negotiating, and closing commission-based packages while ensuring a solid customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales through outbound/inbound calling and lead generation.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close commission packages with advertisers.
- Manage customer follow-ups, callbacks, and pipeline effectively.
- Support advertisers through the onboarding and implementation process.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and proactively resolve concerns.
- Meet sales, productivity, and other performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and shift schedules.
- Escalate issues to supervisors/technical teams when required.

Mandatory Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales.
- International BPO exposure is mandatory.




- International Voice Sales experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and phone skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Basic understanding of website development/structure.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to work in any shift.
