Key responsibilities

- Deliver Training: Conduct current hire training (NHT) and refresher courses on insurance products, sales techniques, customer communication, internal systems, and process workflows.
- Develop Content: Design, update, and maintain training materials, including manuals, SOPs, scripts, and assessments, ensuring they align with business needs and quality standards.
- Assess Performance: Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, mock calls, and role-playing. Identify skill gaps and provide targeted feedback and corrective action plans.
- Coach and Mentor: Provide one-on-one coaching, mentoring, and counseling to help employees meet performance targets and improve their skills.
- Monitor and Report: Track trainee progress, maintain detailed records and MIS reports on training effectiveness, and report outcomes to management.
- Collaborate: Work with Quality, Operations,



and Product teams to ensure training objectives are met and to stay updated on process changes and product information.

Required skills and qualifications

- Education: UnderGraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate
- Experience: Experience in a training role, preferably in a BPO or insurance setting, is necessary.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office and training-related tools.
- Insurance Knowledge: Understanding of insurance products (e.g., life, health, general) and sales practices is crucial.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and motivational skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
