Duties And Responsibilities: -
- Source passive candidates through different portals like, Naukri.com, Indeed , Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, etc..
- Search resume databases for the most fit candidates.
- Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements.
- Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
- Understanding and familiarity with recruitment marketing.
- Communicate with hiring managers.
- Valuable time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player.
- Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.
