- Experience in EHR / EDC Data Mapping or Clinical Data Management
- Good understanding of EHR data, Labs & Vitals
- Solid Excel and documentation skills
- Knowledge of EDC/eCRF, Medidata Rave or Veeva preferred
- Familiarity with LOINC, SNOMED, Epic, FHIR/HL7 is an added advantage
- Experience in UAT, data validation and QA preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data/code mismatches
