Key Requirements and Responsibilities
- Passionate about hiring and targets
- Understand hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with the candidates
- Salary During Training: 21,000-25000 CTC per month 6 days working
