We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) Projects to lead and manage large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, quality, safety, and stakeholder management while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple construction projects.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Manage project resources, procurement, and subcontractors.
- Review project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare MIS reports and present project updates to senior management.
