Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and qualified manner.

- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.

- Meet performance targets set by the company for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (freshers/graduates preferred).

- Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
