### Voice AI / Conversational AI Engineer – Sales

Experience: 1–4 years

We are looking for a Voice AI Engineer to build AI-powered voice agents for sales and lead qualification calls.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build real-time AI voice agents for sales calls

* Integrate LLMs, Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS)

* Build natural conversations, interruptions, and call transfers

* Integrate telephony platforms like Twilio/Telnyx

* Connect AI agents with CRM and business APIs

* Improve conversation quality, accuracy, and latency

Important Skills:

* Voice AI / Conversational AI

* OpenAI / Gemini / Claude APIs

* Python or Node.js

* STT / TTS

* Twilio / Telnyx / SIP

* WebSockets & real-time streaming

* Prompt engineering & AI agent workflows

* Understanding of sales conversations, lead qualification, and objection handling

Preferred: Experience building AI sales, calling, customer-support, or appointment-booking agents.

Ideal candidate: Someone who has hands-on experience building and deploying real-time AI voice agents, not just chatbot/LLM applications.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
