Job Description We are hiring for a Finance Analyst – Record to Report (R2R) role with one of the Fortune 500 organizations, based in Gurgaon.
n Mandatory Requirements:
n n Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
n 3.5–6 years of end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) experience
n Strong understanding of financial reporting, general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and compliance
n n Experience: 3.5–6 years

n Roles and Responsibility
n n Bachelor's / master's degree and CA, with experience and robust interest in accounting concepts.
n 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, fixed assets and lease accounting, accrual/prepaid accounting and reconciliations, month end/year end close, accounting systems and procedures, consolidation of financials, audit controls and governance etc.
n Prior experience in taxation would be preferred.




n Willingness to provide a wide range of financial services from routine tasks to intricate financial management data
n Oracle experience a plus (GL, Fixed Assets and AP), Hyperion, SAP Business Objects, MS Access and other comparable ERP systems experience preferred
n MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficiency and adaptable to different software applications
n Advanced Excel skills and/or experience with other analytical tools (such as Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) will be added advantage
n Support Financial statement and related schedule preparation for Indian Legal entity.
n Support Indirect tax activities.
n Execute monthly accounting tasks, including revenue and expense recording, ledger management, accruals, and journal entries, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
n Review and reconcile financial statements, focusing on consolidation, accruals, and variance analysis.
