Job Description Role Description:
n We are looking to hire a Jr. Architect in a full-time position based in Mumbai who will will support our Regulatory teams in ensuring that Architectural proposals comply with local building codes. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
n n Preparing regulatory drawings and documents,
n Obtaining remarks & NOC's from regulatory authorities,
n Preparing compliance reports,
n Discussing drawings with approving authorities like MCGM, CIDCO, MSRTC, TMC, etc.
n n This position is well suited for candidates with 1–2 years of experience seeking to deepen their knowledge in regulatory aspects of architecture within complex, multi-sector projects.
n Qualifications:
n n Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional registration or progress toward registration is an advantage.
n Knowledge of DCPR 2034/ UDCPR,
n Working knowledge of relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and ability to learn new design or documentation platforms as needed.
n 1–2 years of experience in architectural practice,



preferably with exposure to compliance, permitting, or large-scale projects.
n Strong analytical and documentation skills, attention to detail, and capacity to interpret building codes and regulations.
n Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse project stakeholders on-site in Mumbai.
