HIRING | AGM – SALES | TERRA BY FLOW (PLOT DIVISION)Flow Realty – Terra by Flow is hiring an AGM – Sales to lead and scale our growing Plot Development business in East Bangalore .Location: Whitefield / Hoskote / MalurExperience: 4 - 7 YearsSalary: Competitive + Performance IncentivesQualification: Graduation | MBA (good to have)Employment: Full time, PermanentKey Responsibilities • Own monthly, quarterly & annual revenue, booking and collection targets• Lead, coach and manage Sales Managers and sales teams• Drive daily sales reviews and monitor team performance• Improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversions• Ensure CRM discipline, follow-ups and accurate MIS reporting• Recruit, train and develop high-performing sales teams• Coordinate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, CRM, Legal, Finance & Operations• Handle strategic negotiations and key customer closures• Develop strong relationships with developers, landowners and channel partners• Monitor collections,
