- Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.- Support renewals and expansion opportunities.- Work closely with legal, finance, projects, and operations teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.- Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate occupiers.- Maintain an updated leasing pipeline and prepare periodic MIS and leasing reports.- Support the team in leasing activities for existing assets.Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.- 2–5years of relevant experience in commercial real estate leasing.- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.- Strong analytical and communication abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
