Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams whenever required.



Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Follow company guidelines and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure prompt resolutions. Collaborate with team members and share customer feedback to improve processes and service quality. Required Skills Excellent written communication skills in English (mandatory). Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Good typing speed with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
