We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Visa Counsellor to guide clients through visa and immigration processes. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, explaining suitable visa options, handling documentation, and maintaining regular communication throughout the application process. Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding work, Tourist, and immigration visa options.

- Understand client profiles and recommend suitable visa categories.

- Explain eligibility requirements, documentation, fees, timelines, and procedures.

- Check and organize client documents accurately.

- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application updates.

- Coordinate with internal processing teams and keep clients informed.

- Maintain proper records of applications and client interactions.

- Handle client queries professionally through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.

- Meet counselling and conversion targets while maintaining qualified service standards. Requirements

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
