About the Role

We're looking for a Videographer who can own a shoot end to end — from understanding the client brief, to being on location with the camera, to delivering the final edit. You'll handle client shoots, product shoots, and content days, then bring the footage back and turn it into something that actually works for the client's campaign.

This role suits someone who's equally comfortable behind a camera and in an edit timeline — and who cares about hitting the brief, not just making something that looks nice.

What You'll Do

- Plan and execute client shoots, product shoots, and on-location content days.
- Read the client brief and shoot to it — the right shots, the right angles, the right coverage for what the campaign actually needs.
- Handle basic lighting, framing, and audio setup so footage is usable straight out of the card.
- Edit and deliver videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects — cuts, transitions, text, basic motion graphics, colour, and sound.
- Repurpose footage into multiple formats: reels, shorts, YouTube cuts, ads, and website assets.
- Manage footage properly — organised folders, backups, and clean file handover.




- Work with the accounts and creative teams to keep shoots and edits aligned to project timelines.
- Take feedback and turn around revisions quickly without losing quality.

What Success Looks Like

- Shoots run smoothly and come back with everything the brief needed — no reshoots because something got missed.
- Edits go out on time and need minimal rounds of correction.
- Clients get video that fits their brand and performs on the platform it's made for.

What We're Looking For

- Hands-on experience with video shooting — DSLR/mirrorless, basic lighting, and audio.
- Working knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (or similar). You don't need to be a VFX artist — you need to be fast, clean, and reliable.
- An eye for framing, pacing, and what makes a video hold attention.
- Comfortable travelling locally for client and product shoots.
- Organised with files, timelines, and deliverables.
- A showreel or portfolio of previous work.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Skill and portfolio matter more than the certificate.

Nice to Have

- Experience shooting product or e-commerce content.
- Basic photography skills.
- Familiarity with what performs on Instagram, YouTube, and paid ad formats.
