Virtual Accounts Support Executive – Petrosoft

Job Summary

Responsible for managing client business accounts through the Petrosoft Application, ensuring accurate transaction entries, business reports, account reconciliation, client support, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned client business accounts and provide daily application support.
- Verify sales, payments, credits, balances and ledgers accurately.
- Generate and share Sales, Profit & Loss and business reports.
- Perform shift-wise and day-end settlement verification.
- Manage employee cash, stock assignments and employee-wise worksheets.
- Verify cash collections, shortages, denominations and swipe transactions.
- Monitor stock levels, tank stock, day-wise stock variation and decantation.
- Verify received stock against system records.
- Monitor customer credits, payments, outstanding balances and late-payment interest.
- Monitor expiry items and provide timely notifications.
- Support accurate GST report generation and filing.
- Verify all daily activities in Petrosoft with strict validation.
- Handle client queries, resolve issues and maintain high client satisfaction.




- Record client feedback and coordinate for service improvement.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely correction or escalation.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Accounts, Sales, Inventory and P&L.;
- Strong numerical and data verification skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn and work confidently on the Petrosoft Application.
- Must be able to Read & Write in at least one Regional Language such as Hindi, Kannada or Tamil.
- Good English communication skills will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA / Any Degree with Accounts or Business Operations experience.
