Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi. The role involves creating and editing video content, developing visually engaging designs, shooting high-quality video/photo content using iphone and qualified cameras, collaborating with the team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas, maintaining brand consistency, and meeting project deadlines.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting SAHYOG’s communication and storytelling efforts by capturing field activities, beneficiary stories, events, interviews, and project outcomes, and transforming them into engaging visual content for digital and social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities

- Shoot videos and photographs using iPhone and professional cameras for social media, campaigns, events, and project docum entation.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram,



YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create reels, social media videos, interviews, event coverage, and impact stories.
- Develop visually engaging graphics, social media creatives, presentations, layouts, and other communication materials.
- Apply basic compositing, transitions, colour correction, sound editing, subtitles, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into compelling visual content.
- Maintain consistency with SAHYOG’s visual identity and branding guidelines.
- Organize and manage video footage, photographs, project files, and creative assets.
- Stay updated with current trends in video editing, social media content, graphic design, and visual storytelling.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of creative projects.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Video Editing and basic compositing techniques.
- Hands-on experience in video shooting using iPhone and/or professional cameras.
- Skills in Graphic Design, including creating digital graphics, layouts, and illustrations.
- Knowledge of design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar software.**
