About the Role

Gurjot Shan Designs is looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer & Video Editor to create high-quality visual content for our social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable shooting on-site at interior design projects and editing the footage into engaging, premium-quality content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to showcase our interior projects, design processes, materials, craftsmanship, site transformations and brand story.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos and photographs at residential and commercial project sites.
- Regularly visit ongoing and completed project sites for content creation.
- Capture before/after transformations, walkthroughs, design details, materials, craftsmanship and behind-the-scenes content.
- Shoot Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form video content.
- Plan shots, angles, sequences and visual storytelling before shooting.
- Edit engaging videos suitable for Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Add music, transitions, text, captions,



sound effects and other relevant elements.
- Create premium, aesthetically refined content aligned with a luxury interior design brand.
- Assist in creating content around designers, architects, projects, team members and company activities.
- Maintain an organised library of raw footage, edited videos and project-wise content.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute the monthly content calendar.
- Stay updated with current Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, editing styles, transitions and content trends.
- Occasionally assist during professional project shoots, events and brand campaigns.

What We Are Looking For
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing and camera movement.
- Good knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, microphones and basic lighting equipment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro or equivalent editing software.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video formats.
- Valuable sense of aesthetics, especially for architecture, interiors, luxury lifestyle and design content.




- Ability to independently shoot content at project sites.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet content deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and nearby locations.
