We’re looking for a Video Editor who can transform raw footage and creative concepts into engaging, high-quality content for digital platforms.

If you understand pacing, storytelling, hooks, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling, this role could be a great fit.

What You'll Do:

- Edit short-form videos, reels, brand videos, testimonials, interviews, podcasts, and social media content.
- Transform raw footage into engaging, platform-ready videos.
- Create content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Edit talking-head videos, client interviews, corporate content, and podcast clips.
- Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, music, motion graphics, and basic colour grading.
- Create multiple variations of content based on platform requirements.
- Stay updated with trending video formats, editing styles, hooks, transitions, and storytelling techniques.
- Collaborate with the content, creative, and marketing teams to execute video concepts.
- Understand briefs and turn creative direction into polished final edits.
- Manage multiple editing projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Organise project files, footage, assets, and final deliverables efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

- 1+ year of experience in video editing is preferred.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut , or similar editing software.




- Good understanding of short-form content and social media platforms.
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to create strong hooks and maintain audience attention.
- Good understanding of music selection, sound design, subtitles, transitions, and basic colour correction.
- Ability to take feedback positively and implement revisions quickly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital marketing agency setting.

What You'll Require:

- Experience editing Reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, or branded content.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Understanding of social media trends and content performance.
- Experience working with marketing agencies or brands.
- A portfolio, showreel, Instagram page, or examples of previous work.
