About Digital Nexon

We're a marketing agency based in Sector 2, Noida. We run paid ad campaigns for clients across different industries and the video creative is often what decides whether a campaign wins or loses.

The Role

We're hiring a Video Editing Intern to edit short-form ad videos for live client campaigns. Your work goes live as real ads, gets real numbers not practice projects. We're looking for someone who can pick up our style fast and start producing usable work quickly.

You will

- Edit short-form ad videos (reels/vertical ad formats) from raw footage
- Work on hooks, captions, B-roll and cuts that hold attention
- Turn around revisions quickly based on feedback
- See how your edits actually perform once live, and adjust

The Fixed Details (check each one honestly before applying)

- Level: Intern. No formal experience required but if you've edited for a client, brand, or campaign before (even 1–3 months, even informally), that's a strong plus. Affiliate or performance marketing content experience is especially welcome.
- Location: Sector 2, Noida (on-site). Not remote, not hybrid.
- Working hours: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Our client work runs on evening timings, so this shift is fixed.
- Stipend: ₹10,000–15,000/month
- Duration: 3 months, with a full-time offer for strong performers
- Start: Immediate joiners preferred

What We're Looking For





- Solid basics in any editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci any is fine, as long as you're quick in it)
- Someone who trains fast and gets to usable output quickly, we don't have months to spend before your edits are client-ready
- An eye for hooks, you know the first 2 seconds decide everything
- The ability to hear "let's try one more version" without losing motivation
- Bonus (preferred, not required): 1–3 months of real editing experience for a client/brand, or work on affiliate/performance marketing content, mention it clearly if you have it

Please Don't Apply If

- You can't work on-site from Noida.
- The 4 PM–1 AM shift doesn't genuinely suit you
- You're looking for remote/part time work.
