- Month 1: Unpaid (training period)
- Month 2 & 3: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month

: White Warbler Communications Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to join our creative team in Pune. This internship offers hands-on experience in short-form video editing, social media content creation, post-production, motion graphics, and AI-powered video creation — ideal for freshers and students looking to build a career in video editing, content creation, and digital media.

Responsibilities

- Assist in editing and producing short-form video content, primarily Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media formats.
- Support the post-production process including footage selection, trimming, sequencing, audio syncing, basic colour correction, and sound balancing.
- Adapt editing styles, pacing, transitions, and visual treatments according to the content format, brand requirements, and target audience.
- Create and integrate basic motion graphics, text animations, titles, captions, transitions, and other visual elements.
- Assist in editing various types of content including UGC videos, recipe shoots, podcasts, product videos, storytelling content, and AI-generated videos.
- Use AI tools for generating and enhancing video content, including AI-generated visuals, images, animations, and other post-production elements.
- Maintain proper video quality, aspect ratios, resolution, and platform-specific formats for social media delivery.
- Ensure accurate synchronization of video, voiceovers, sound effects, and music.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency in visual style, typography, colours, and overall presentation.




- Coordinate with the creative, content, and production teams to understand briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver projects within timelines.
- Stay updated on social media trends, editing techniques, AI video tools, and emerging content-creation technologies.
- Organize project files, footage, assets, and exports efficiently to maintain a smooth post-production workflow.

Requirements
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
- Basic understanding of After Effects and motion graphics is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI image/video generation tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of short-form content, social media trends, pacing, and storytelling.
- Strong creative and visual sense with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new editing software, AI tools, and content-creation techniques.
- Ability to take feedback positively and make revisions efficiently.
- A portfolio, showreel, or sample editing work is a plus.
