We are looking for a full-time Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our content team and manage the visual content for our 3 Instagram and 3 YouTube channels.

The role involves both video editing and graphic designing, with a focus on creating content that looks professional, clean, and engaging without excessive or unnecessary editing.

Salary: 25,000 - 50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Edit 1 Instagram Reel daily for each of our 3 Instagram channels.
- Create 1 Instagram carousel per week for each channel.
- Edit YouTube long-form videos, currently around 1 per week, with the goal of scaling to 2 videos per week.
- Long-form videos will generally be 89 minutes, with some videos extending up to 30 minutes.
- Create thumbnails, social media creatives, and other visual assets as required.
- Handle cuts, pacing, captions, B-roll, music, sound effects, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
- Maintain consistent visual quality and branding across all channels.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Take ownership of the editing process and suggest creative improvements with minimal supervision.

What Were Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design preferred.




- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Experience working with multiple social media channels.
- Experience editing talking head, educational, podcast, business, or personal brand content.
- Strong understanding of visual design, composition, typography, and video pacing.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Understanding of YouTube retention and short-form content trends.
- Ability to suggest improvements to the edit rather than simply following instructions.
- Good eye for detail and a strong sense of what looks professional.
- Ability to keep editing minimal, clean, and purposeful.
- Comfortable working full time and handling a consistent volume of content.

Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who can take raw footage or a creative brief and independently turn it into polished, professional content across video, graphics, and carousels.

You should understand that valuable editing isn't about adding more effects - it’s about knowing what to add, what to remove, and what to leave alone.
