Responsibilities

- Shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and corporate requirements.

- Create engaging short-form content including Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and social media content.

- Handle end-to-end video production, including planning, shooting, editing, sound, transitions, and final delivery.

- Create professional posters, banners, thumbnails, event creatives, and other digital marketing materials.

- Develop creative content concepts based on campaign objectives and target audience.

- Add motion graphics, animations, subtitles, sound effects, music, and other elements to enhance video quality.

- Work closely with the marketing and internal teams to understand creative requirements and deliver content within timelines.

- Maintain consistency in branding, visual style, fonts, colors, and messaging across all creatives.





- Stay updated with current social media trends, video formats, editing styles, and creative trends.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of professional experience in video editing and creative content production.

- Must own a professional camera suitable for video shooting and be willing to use it for company video shoots.

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.

- Strong understanding of video composition, framing, lighting, audio, color correction, transitions, and storytelling.

- Good poster and graphic design skills with a strong eye for visual aesthetics and typography.

- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

- Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

- Knowledge of professional lighting and audio equipment is an advantage.

- Experience with corporate, event, or promotional video production is preferred.
