About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and skilled videos for real estate projects, social media, digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for real estate projects, property launches and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, short videos and promotional content.
- Edit property walkthroughs, site videos, project videos and customer testimonial videos.
- Create videos highlighting project features, amenities, location, offers and USPs.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Creative teams to understand video requirements.
- Add suitable music, transitions, text, graphics, subtitles and effects to videos.
- Edit raw footage from site visits, events, property shoots and marketing campaigns.
- Create short-form content suitable for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp.
- Ensure videos are visually attractive and follow the company's brand guidelines.
- Add logos, project branding, contact details and required disclaimers wherever applicable.
- Handle video revisions based on feedback from management and marketing teams.
- Organize and maintain video footage,



project files and other creative assets.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers and external agencies when required.
- Stay updated with social media trends, reels formats, editing styles and current video trends.
- Manage multiple video projects and complete work within deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a Video Editor; real estate experience will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of video editing and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- CapCut / DaVinci Resolve or similar tools
- Good knowledge of Reels, Shorts and social media video formats.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, transitions and colour correction.
- Good understanding of music selection, timing and video flow.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and convert it into an engaging video.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, detail-oriented and updated with current social media trends. Someone who understands how to present real estate projects visually and can create videos that attract customers and support the company's sales and marketing activities. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
