Video Content Creator & Editor - Digital Marketing

About the Role: DigiFills Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Content Creator & Editor to join our team in Valasaravakkam, Chennai. In this role, you won't just record videos you will create compelling visual stories engineered for marketing conversions, lead generation, and brand growth. You should be comfortable shooting with both smartphones and professional cameras, handling end-to-end post-production editing, and travel around Chennai to shoot content at our office or client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Video Production: Handle the complete video lifecyclefrom planning and shooting (using mobile phones and professional cameras) to editing, color grading, and final delivery.
- Conversion-Focused Content: Understand the core marketing objective of every video (generating leads, driving sales, or building brand trust) and craft visual narratives that convert viewers into customers.
- Multi-Platform Optimization: Produce and format engaging video content tailored for YouTube, Instagram (Reels), website landing pages, Google Business Profiles, and other social media channels.
- On-Site & Client Shoots: Shoot video content enthusiastically at the DigiFills office, and travel to client locations around Chennai when required to capture business operations, testimonials, or project assets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our SEO, design,



and marketing teams to ensure videos align with ongoing digital campaigns and client strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in video shooting, editing, and content creation (Agency or media background preferred).

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in modern video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Practical knowledge of framing, lighting, audio handling, and camera/phone operation.
- Marketing Mindset: A clear understanding of short-form and long-form video trends, audience retention, and how video drives marketing conversions.
- Mobility & Attitude: Willingness to travel locally around Chennai for client shoots and a proactive, high-energy approach to content creation.
