- Gynaecology & Paediatrics Division
- Orthopaedics Division

Role: Head – Sales & Marketing Experience Level: Business Unit Head / National Sales Head / Marketing Head (Acute Division)

What We’re Looking For:

- A seasoned pharma leader with hands-on experience in leading the Sales and Marketing function within an Acute therapy portfolio — ideally in Gynae, Paediatrics, or Ortho.
- Someone who has grown from field sales to a BU Head role, demonstrating a deep understanding of both strategy and ground execution.




- A strong brand builder with a track record of developing sustainable growth through ethical prescription generation.
- A people-centric leader who connects naturally with field teams and inspires performance excellence.
- A strategic thinker capable of crafting agile growth plans aligned with market realities.
