Hirely is recruiting on behalf of a trusted hiring partner for a remote Video Annotation & AI Data Expert opportunity. You’ll help evaluate and improve AI systems by reviewing video content, assessing human and robotic activities, and creating high-quality annotations and feedback. No prior AI experience is required, strong attention to detail, video analysis, and quality-focused judgment are what matter most.

What You'll Do:

- Review short videos of robots and people performing various actions .
- Evaluate whether actions accurately follow provided instructions and expected outcomes.
- Compare video samples and determine which better satisfies the given requirements.
- Review, correct, and improve AI-generated video annotations and action descriptions.
- Identify subtle differences in movements, object interactions, timing, and action sequences .
- Apply detailed annotation guidelines and quality standards consistently.
- Document observations and decisions through clear written feedback.
- Support the improvement of AI training and evaluation datasets.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience with video annotation, data labeling, QA, content review, or similar detail-oriented work .
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle visual differences.
- Solid written communication skills.




- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Background in robotics, computer vision, AI/ML, or human-activity analysis is a plus.
- Previous AI training or data annotation experience is helpful but not required .

Compensation & Engagement:

- $15-$80/hour , depending on experience, expertise, and project assignment.
- Remote contractor opportunity.
- Flexible project-based work.
- Final compensation, workload, and engagement terms are determined by the hiring partner.
