About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Verbal Ability Trainer to help students strengthen their English language, verbal reasoning, communication, and aptitude skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a strong understanding of verbal ability concepts, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality training in Verbal Ability and English Language Skills.
- Conduct interactive classroom and online training sessions.
- Cover topics such as Vocabulary, Grammar, Reading Comprehension, Sentence Correction, Para Jumbles, Synonyms & Antonyms, and Verbal Reasoning.
- Assess students' proficiency and provide personalized feedback.
- Develop lesson plans, practice materials, quizzes, and mock tests.
- Evaluate student performance and monitor progress.
- Guide students on test strategies, time management, and exam techniques.
- Maintain attendance and student performance records.




- Stay updated with the latest competitive exam patterns and teaching methodologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Prior experience as a Verbal Ability Trainer, English Language Trainer, or Aptitude Trainer is preferred.
- Robust communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Good understanding of verbal ability and English aptitude concepts.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
