Role: Conduct property/site inspections, technical assessments, market research, data collection, and assist in preparing valuation reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct physical inspections of land, buildings, and other properties.
- Collect and analyze technical, property, and market data.
- Assist in preparing valuation reports and maintaining property records.
- Coordinate with clients, banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- Ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Travel to assigned locations for site inspections.

Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Degree/Diploma in Architecture.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience may apply.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of construction and property assessment.
- Positive analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Willingness to travel and undertake field assignments.
