Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design

- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for Web, Mobile, SaaS, AR, VR, and XR applications.

- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

- Develop responsive, visually engaging interfaces aligned with up-to-date UI/UX standards.

- Conduct usability research, gather feedback, and continuously improve the overall user experience.

- Build and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, reusable components, and design libraries.

- Ensure designs follow accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles.

- Collaborate closely with Unity Developers, Full Stack Developers, and Project Managers to ensure accurate and seamless implementation.

Graphic Design &

- Branding

- Create engaging social media creatives, digital marketing assets, and campaign visuals.

- Design brochures, company profiles, presentations, case studies, banners, flyers, standees, and other marketing collateral.

- Develop branding assets such as icons, illustrations, infographics, visual elements, and promotional graphics.

- Create graphics and visual assets for websites, mobile applications, digital campaigns, and product presentations.

- Support event branding, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional campaigns with creative designs.

- Maintain consistency of the company's brand identity and visual language across digital and print platforms.

- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Sales, and HR teams to create impactful client-facing, employer-branding, and recruitment materials.

Collaboration &

- Innovation

- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-accurate and technically feasible implementation of UI designs.

- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for product, marketing, and branding initiatives.

- Translate business and user requirements into effective visual and interaction solutions.

- Stay updated with emerging UI/UX, graphic design, branding, animation, and digital experience trends.





- Contribute creative ideas that improve both product experiences and the company's overall visual communication.

Desired Profile:

- Proven experience in UI/UX design for Web, Mobile, SaaS, Enterprise, or digital products.

- Experience designing for AR/VR/XR applications is an added advantage.

- Strong experience in corporate branding, marketing collateral, and digital creatives.

- Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility, usability, and design systems.

- Experience working collaboratively with developers and cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of motion graphics, micro-interactions, animation, or prototyping is a plus.

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is beneficial.

Skills &

- Tools:

- Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects or equivalent tools.

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, grids, and composition.

- Ability to create both product-focused UI/UX designs and high-quality marketing/branding creatives.

- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and visual communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines.
