Position: US IT Recruiter

Location: Noida , 100% Onsite

Experience: 3-10 Years

:

- Source and recruit IT professionals for US-based clients and requirements.
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Strong experience with job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, and others.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and rate.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Work closely with Account Managers and hiring teams to understand requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of US staffing, work authorization, and employment types (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in US business hours/night shifts.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
