Inquesso Technologies LLC is looking for motivated and result-oriented US IT Bench Sales Recruiters to join our growing staffing team in Indore.

The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing and placing IT consultants on bench by identifying suitable US IT requirements, working with vendors and clients, submitting consultant profiles, coordinating interviews, negotiating rates, and driving successful placements.

This is a target-oriented role that requires strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Market and promote bench consultants against suitable US IT requirements.
- Search and identify relevant job opportunities through vendors, clients, job portals, and professional networks.
- Submit consultant profiles against suitable requirements.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and staffing partners regarding requirements and submissions.
- Follow up on submitted profiles, interviews, and placement opportunities.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely updates to consultants and clients.
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors/clients when required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and clients.
- Identify new vendor and business development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, requirements, and placements.




- Work closely with the recruiting and sales teams to maximize consultant placements.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work in the US shift.

Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in US IT staffing, Bench Sales, or IT Recruiting.
- Knowledge of C2C, W2, and 1099 staffing models.
- Understanding of US work authorization categories such as H1B, GC, OPT/CPT, etc.
- Experience working with US IT job portals, ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn, and vendor networks.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.

Freshers Freshers are welcome to apply if they have robust communication skills, are comfortable working in the US shift, and have a strong interest in building a career in US IT staffing. Training and mentorship will be provided.
