Role Overview
As an Analyst Compensation &
Benefits Operations, you will be responsible for independently managing employee benefits and compensation transactions in a shared services environment supporting U.S employees. This role requires strong process knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex cases while ensuring compliance with client policies and U.S regulatory requirements. You will also act as a process SME for specific scenarios and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Location: Chennai, India (Work from Office)
Shift: US Night (5 Days a week)
Experience: 1 - 6 Years

Key Responsibilities
1.US Advantages Life cycle (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, COBRA 401K,)
Manage enrollments, terminations, and QLEs
Maintain and validate employee benefits & pay data
Managing and having a understanding of Annual enrollment and call employee for any query related update.
Execute compensation changes (Salary Change, Promotion, Incentives, Commissions)
1. Case Management & Service Delivery
Manage end-to-end tickets within SLA Resolving employee queries with accuracy
Handle moderately complex cases independently
Ensure high-quality employee experience
1. Data Accuracy & Issue Resolution
Perform data validation in Workday and vendor systems Conduct quality checks for error-free processing
Investigate discrepancies and support root cause analysis
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
1. Compliance & Coordination
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, IRS, and client policies Maintain confidentiality of employee data
Coordinate with payroll for pay-impacting changes
Liaise with vendors for issue resolution
1. Reporting & Process Support
Support reporting and performance metrics Act as SME for process-related queries
Contribute to SOP updates and process improvements
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 2 - 7 years in HR Operations / Compensation & Benefits / Shared Services
Domain Expertise: Good understanding of U.S. Benefits and Compensation lifecycle
Tools & Systems:
Workday
Google Suits
Microsoft Excel
Core Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience in case management tools
Effective communication and stakeholder handling
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
