- Manage a set of client relationships, supervise, and provide a detailed review of the work of senior and staff.
- Can handle a team of 20+ staff
- Be an effective people manager by empowering, monitoring, coaching, and motivating the team members.
- Identify development opportunities and training needs for high-performing supervisors and other team members.
- Monitor and help resolve any quality issues on a real-time basis.
- Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
- Ability to handle video calls with US clients and to communicate effectively and timely email communication.
- Review of the following: Cash basis monthly client financial reports, processing of medical claims and necessary follow-up, tour accountings, and central holding agreements.
- While providing excellent client service, manage multiple client engagements.
- Planning staff's work and supervising staff's work
- Sustaining client relationships as a close associate to the partners(s)
- Be responsible for understanding the Client's organization and structure,
knowing the product/services, and keeping abreast of Client news and changes
Skills And Qualifications
- Proven 5+ years of experience as Accounting Manager/Supervisor/ Sr. Team Leader/Asst. Manager in a KPO or CPA firm in the US domain only
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, QuickBooks, Xero, Bill.com, NetSuite, etc.
- Excellent verbal & written English communication
- Must be able to supervise staff at all levels on different engagement(s)/client(s)
- Outstanding analytical, organization, and project management skills
- Demonstrate teamwork and leadership skills.
- A confident self-starter with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Should be organized and detail-oriented.
- Must have experience in handling team and client escalations.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
