Key Responsibilities

Handle and resolve customer, client, and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner.

Act as the primary point of contact for query management and issue resolution.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Accounts, HR, and other departments to ensure prompt closure of requests.

Track, monitor, and maintain records of all queries and their resolution status.

Ensure adherence to defined service levels and turnaround times (TAT).

Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the concerned stakeholders and management.

Prepare MIS reports, query logs,



and status updates for management review.

Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Professional attitude with strong follow-up and ownership skills.
