We are hiring an experienced Production Manager to oversee furniture manufacturing operations, production planning, manpower, quality, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in furniture production and team management.

Role & responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily furniture production activities.
- Supervise production teams, workers, and shift operations.
- Ensure production targets and delivery timelines are achieved.
- Manage manpower allocation and productivity.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize production wastage.
- Maintain quality standards across the production process.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, design, sales, and dispatch teams.
- Monitor machinery, equipment, and maintenance requirements.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Improve production efficiency, processes, and cost control.




- Maintain production reports, records, and performance data.
- Ensure workplace safety and discipline on the shop floor.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6-10 years of experience in production management, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Experience in manpower handling and shop-floor management.
- Good understanding of quality control, wastage reduction, and productivity improvement.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage production pressure and meet deadlines.
